THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction in the nature of writ to quash impugned proceedings bearing No.KAVIPRANINI/B53/42123/2016-17, dt.15.06.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent (ANNEXURE-L) and also Appellate Order No.KAVIPRANINI/B53/42123/2016-17, dt.25.02.2021, passed by the 1st respondent (ANNEXURE-N), and pass - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12350 WP No. 103910 of 2022 appropriate orders by allowing this writ petition in the interest of justice. ii. Grant such other or further relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances, including costs. 2. A memo dated 17.09.2025 singed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has been filed, which reads as under; “Petitioner herein submits as follows:- Petitioner aggrieved by impugned proceedings bearing No. KAVIPRANINI/B53/ 42123/2016-17, dt.15.06.2020 passed by 2nd respondent (ANNEXURE-L) and also Appellate Order No. KAVIPRANINI/ B53/421237 2016-17, dt.25.02.2021. passed by 1 respondent (ANNEXURE-N) whereby imposed punishment on the petitioner to withholding of next one annual increment without cumulative effect had approached this Hon'ble Court. Petitioner submits that in view of subsequent developments, petitioner doesn't want to prosecute the present writ petition Hence, Petitioner may kindly he permitted to withdraw the captioned petition, in the interest of Justice.” 3.
