The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.264 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 125/324(4)/109 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 27/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum. On 17.08.2024 at about 7:15 P.M., unknown persons opened fire outside Maruti Arena Showroom, Bistupur. The window glass of showroom was damaged. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I.Parade. It was further submitted that petitioner was apprehended in connection with another case in which he confessed his guilt. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, in connection with Bistupur P.S.
