1. This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 09.08.2012 issued by the respondents, whereby the respondents have imposed unreasonable conditions for continuing the services of the petitioners.
2. The petitioners were working as Bill Collectors. The learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the

writ petition, the respondent authorities transformed the method of billing and bill collection, thereby dispensing the bill collector service, which was in vogue prior to the digitalisation of the bill collection services.
3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
