This Court, vide order dated 29.01.2025 passed in MCRC No. 8878 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Seetaram Nayak and Malti Nayak, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raigarh District-Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 18.07.2025 has requested for grant of four months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the present case, a memorandum has been issued to ensure that summons/warrants are served to the witnesses of the case on a priority basis through the Station House Officer. There is a strong possibility that the case will be disposed of within four months. Therefore, further period of four months is required for the disposal of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
