This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 15.05.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Balrampur at Ramanujganj (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No.56/2021, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine, additional R.I for 1 month to both the appellant.
