The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents issued fresh demand and the same was paid by the petitioner herein. However, the respondents had requested the petitioner to obtain No Objection Certificate from the Bank for the issuance of the sale deed in favour of the petitioner herein. 3. Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed.
