In the cause title of the said order the petitioner’s name “Tithi De Adhikary @ Ththi Adhikary” be read as “Tithi De Adhikary@ Tithi Adhikary”. In the 4th page of the order, the sentence “The prayer is allowed.” be incorporated after bank details of the petitioner. The department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections.
