This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in Relieved the petitioner as Contract basis Lecturer in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Government Polytechnic college for Women, Nandigama and replaced the said post with similarly appointed on contract based Lecturer came from Rajahmundry polytechnic college is illegal, improper arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to regularize the Services of the petitioners as Lecturer in Electronics and Communication

Engineering at Government Polytechnic colleges in the respondents Institution as Regular Lecturer in the Government Polytechnic Colleges from the date of the initial appointment and also grant all other consequential Service benefits from the date of her initial appointment vide Prods. No.A1/860/2008 dated 24- 8-2009 and pass such other order or orders……”
2. Smt.Y.Anupama Devi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of.

4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
