Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma (Rail) P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 8A(c), 20(B)(ii)(A), 21(b) and 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Koderma. 3. 11.300 kg. of cannabis is said to have been recovered from the possession of the co-accused Vishwanath Yadav. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that co- accused Vishwanath Yadav has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 5363 of 2024. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Koderma in connection with Koderma (Rail) P.S.
