Learned counsel for the petitioner has deposited ₹96,000/- & ₹7,500/- being the 15% of the total cheque amount of ₹6,40,000/- & ₹50,000/-, respectively, with the H.P. State Legal Services Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla, H.P. in terms of
order dated 03.03.2025 extended on 30.10.2025 and the receipt of the same have been placed on record.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 03.03.2025, passed by this Court, learned counsel for the respondent/complainant, under instructions, submits that the complainant does not want to proceed further with the complaint in view of the compromise effected between the parties.
3. Consequently, the judgment passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sundarnagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh in Cr. Appeal Registration No.72 of 2014 and Cr. Appeal Registration No. 118 of 2015 and afÏrming the
judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 29.10.2014 and 30.03.2015, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Sundarnagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh in Cr. Complaint No.119-1/2010/43-III/2010 and Criminal Complaint No. 212-I/2010/42-III/2010 are ordered to be set aside. The complaints are dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that an amount of ₹ 3,60,000/- lying pending before this Court in Cr. Revision No. 94 of 2021 and an amount of ₹55,000 is also lying pending before this Court in Cr. Revision No. 125 of 2021. hence, as per compromise, the amount so deposited before it be released in favour of the complainant. In view of this, the amount of ₹4,15,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifteen Thousand Only) is ordered to be released in favour of the complainant by remitting the same in his savings bank account, on furnishing the bank details, if not furnished earlier.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no other amount has been deposited before the learned Courts below or in the Registry of this Court; hence, no order is required to be passed regarding disbursal of the amount.
6. In view of the above, the present petitions stand
disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
