The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 137/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar. 3. On 23.12.2025, Cyber police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Mohanpur High School, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, one keypad and a mobile phone are alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that though a victim has turned up to claim that he was cheated by this petitioner but he is in custody for about ten months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
