This writ petition has been filed with the limited prayer, which is as under:- "I. The sole prayer made is for extending the time for one month for deposit of Rs.45 lac. 4. As the prayer is only for extending the time period for depositing the said amount though there is an objection from Bank as to extending of time period, this Court finds that as the application is still pending consideration before Debts Recovery Tribunal, Allahabad and an interim order has already been granted in favour of petitioner and moreover the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount as directed by Tribunal, the time period is extended by one month. The said deposit shall be made by 10.05.2025 by the petitioner. In case, the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount, the interim order granted by Tribunal shall stand vacated and time period extended by this Court shall come to an end. 5. In view of above, the interim order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Tribunal stands modified. The writ petition stands disposed of.
