This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to issue an order direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in retiring the petitioners by way of superannuation w.e.f 30.06.2017 on reaching the age of 58 years through the Notice in Rc.No.106/way.

v/2017, dated 8.5.2017 as illegal, unconstitutional and unreasonable and set aside the same and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to continue the petitioners in service till the petitioners attaining the age of 60 years with all benefits and to pass...”

Ms. Priya Anvitha, learned counsel representing Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
