1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 06.02.2025, passed in MCRC No. 8892 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Dinendra Kumar Dadhich, Anant Dahich, Kapil Jain & Mahesh Kumar Sen, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Special Judge (Protection of Depositors Interest Act) District - Surajpur (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 23.07.2025, has requested an extension of more time that as per the trial program presented by the prosecution in the said case, a total of 04 witnesses are yet to be examined, the time limit given by the Hon'ble Chhattisgarh High Court for disposal of the case will expire on 10/08/2025, therefore, he prays for some more time to conclude the trial.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- Sd/-
