This criminal miscellaneous petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2021, in which several defects were pointed out and specific directions were also given by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.07.2022 for removing the defects within a period of two weeks. However, perusal of the record shows that no steps whatsoever have been taken by the petitioner to remove the defects. 2. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner today. 3.
