The petitioner herein in the instant contempt petition has alleged non compliance of order dated 30.12.2011 passed in SWP No. 1588/2010, in terms whereof, while disposing of the petition filed by the petitioner, the respondents came to be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment against the available Class-IV vacancy in accordance with the rules. 2. Statement of facts has been filed by the respondents/contemnors, wherein it has been, inter alia, stated that the claim of the petitioner stands considered and a detailed speaking order, as well, stands passed on 16.03.2012, rejecting the claim of the petitioner for the reasons stated in the said consideration order. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtained in the matter, the respondents/contemnors seemingly have complied with the order, non- compliance of which is complained of. Resultantly, the contempt notice issued is recalled and the contempt proceedings are closed.
