Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections of 281, 74, 79, 303(2) and 126(2) the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 8 and 12 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Simdega. 3. On 17.01.2025 at about 6.30 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have dashed the victim who is a minor girl aged about 15 years. 4. It was submitted that the occurrence has taken place due to the accident. It was further submitted that during the accident, clothes of the victim was also torn. It was finally submitted that the occurrence was not intentional. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Simdega in connection with Bano P.S.
