By the order dated 18.02.2021 the departmental appeal of the petitioner has been rejected on the footing that the order of punishment was already passed by order dated 22.12.2020. The order of appellate authority dated 18.02.2021 has not been challenged in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
