Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. Apprehending his arrest, the applicant has renewed his prayer for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail, in connection with Bishnugarh Case No.181 of 2022, registered for the offence under Section 341/ 323/ 354(B)/ 366/ 371/ 498-A/ 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. From perusal of record, it appears that earlier considering the nature of allegation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the applicant has been rejected vide order dated 09.01.2024, passed in A.B.A No.9530 of 2023. It is his second attempt. 4. It further appears from the order of the court below that the applicant-husband is not cooperative. 5. Considering the above fact, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
