1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Ravindra Kumar. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.4 is a woman and the informant alleges that petitioner no.1

No.26794 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/3 with a view to grab the ancestral property sold the entire land measuring 1 acre 31 decimal by a sale deed dated 07.11.2022 to the petitioner no.4. 4. Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the dispute is civil to which a criminal colour has been given. It is next submitted that petitioner no.1 is own uncle of the informant and petitioner no.4 is the purchaser. It is thus submitted that if informant is of the opinion that ancestral property has been sold by the petitioner no.1 in excess of his share, in that event, he has a remedy before a court of competent civil jurisdiction. It is next submitted that petitioner no.2 and 3 are identifier on the sale deed. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the
