There are allegations and counter allegations, and, after lodging of the FIR and cross FIR all the parties have settled their disputes. Consequently, this Court granted interim bail on 28.03.2025 to the applicant in FIR No. 47 of 2025. The other two bail applications BA1 No. 506 of 2025 and BA1 No. 512 of 2025 are also listed before this Court wherein the bail is being sought in relation to cross FIR bearing FIR No. 48 of 2025. 5. Today, counsel for the complainant Mr. Abhishek Verma also submits that the parties have settled their disputes and they have decided to move a compounding application. 6. Ms. Pushpa Bhatt, learned Addl. Advocate General fairly submits that if the parties settle their disputes then their interim bail can be made absolute. 7. After taking into consideration that the parties have settled their disputes during the period of investigation and that was the reason on 28.03.2025 the interim bail was granted to the applicant, therefore, this Court is of the view that since the parties have settled their disputes, the interim bail granted on 28.03.2025 is made absolute. 7.
