PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 4, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.420 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate (Special Mobile), Vizianagaram for the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri C.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the matter was compromised and the same was referred to Lok Adalat for recording the compromise and hence, no further orders or required as the relief has become infructuous. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4.
