Learned counsel for the respondent furnished a copy of the order passed by the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in Execution Petition in EP.No.14 of 2023. The said order would show that Execution Petition is dismissed as not pressed based on the memo filed by the appellant herein. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that appellant cannot approbate and reprobate by filing a writ appeal on the ground that he has not given consent for settling the issue.
