This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 20.11.2023 and cognizance & summoning order dated 14.12.2023 in Case No.40676 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.493 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Budaun pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of compromise recorded in Application U/s 528 BNSS No.15887 of 2025 (Sachin Kumar VS. State of U.P. and another), the present case be finally decided, as the same arises out of same proceedings. 4. Learned AGA submits that the present case arises out of same proceedings in which compromise has already been recorded in Application U/s 528 BNSS No.15887 of 2025 (Sachin Kumar VS. State of U.P. and another) and he would have no objection in case present criminal proceedings are put to an end. 5. In view of compromise recorded in Application U/s 528 BNSS No.15887 of 2025 (Sachin Kumar VS. State of U.P. and another) the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed and the criminal proceedings in the above mentioned case is quashed.
