The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:- “ It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. No. 0282/2021 registered at P.S. Sakti, District Sakti (C.G.), for the alleged offences under Section 420, 468, 471/34 of IPC against the petitioner and allow this petition in the interest of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn as the charges have been framed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court. 3. In view of the above, the instant Cr.M.P is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse of law, if any further cause of action arises.
