To issue a direction to the Additional District Judge/FTC-I, Deoria to decide the S.C.C. No.01 of 2022 (Renuka Singh vs. M/s Metro Retail Pvt. Ltd.) under U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 within some stipulated time period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted suit is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Additional District Judge/FTC-I, Deoria to decide the S.C.C. No.01 of 2022 if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
