Counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in question belongs to a Government School and the respondents No.7 and 8 have made encroachment upon it. Counsel submits that a complaint has been made in this regard to the authority concerned by way of filing detailed comprehensive representation. Counsel submits that in-spite of passing of considerable time, till date, nothing has been done, hence, interference of this Court is warranted. 2. This Court is not going into the controversy involved in the instant writ petition, ‘whether said respondents have raised any encroachment upon the subject land or not’, it is for the authorities to look into the matter and take appropriate action after providing due opportunity of hearing to the respondents No.6, 7 and 8. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant writ petition by issuing directions to the respondents- authorities to examine the facts of the case and pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation submitted by the petitioner, after affording opportunity of hearing to the respondents No.6, 7 and 8. 4. Before parting with this order, it is made clear that this Court has not issued any direction/order to decide the representation in a particular manner. The respondents would be at liberty to decide the same expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in (3 of 3) [CW-10895/2025] accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 5.
