The appellant has filed this appeal praying for following relief:- JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2025.09.19 19:13:48 +0530 2 “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and set- aside the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.04.2023 (Annexure A-1) passed by learned Sessions Judge Raigarh (C.G.) in Sessions Trial No. 03/2022 and the appellant may kindly be acquitted from charges of conviction of alleged offences, in the interest of justice.” 3. It transpires from the record that against the same impugned judgment of conviction dated 21.04.2023, an appeal has been preferred through legal aid bearing CRA No. 1125 of 2023 which has been admitted and application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail has been rejected by order dated 11.09.2023. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to Mr. Chandrasen Chouhan, learned counsel to file his power in CRA No. 1125 of 2023. 5.
