The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to initiate the departmental enquiry against the respondent No.4. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 to investigate the matter properly in Crime No. 109/2025 and file the charge sheet against respondent no. 5 to 7. 3 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 3. At the very outset, it is informed that the present matter has become infructuous as the final report has been filed by the police before the competent Court. 4. In view of the above, nothing remains in this petition for adjudication and accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 5. However, it is made clear that the complainant may take recourse as may be available to him under the provisions of law, if so advised.
