The notice dated:16.02.2023 issued by the respondent vide Annexure-A is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The petitioner has questioned the notice without giving a reply. In my view, the Writ Petition is premature. The petitioner may give reply to the notice within fifteen days from the receipt of the certified copy of this order. If the reply is given by the petitioner, the respondent shall consider the same within fifteen days. The entire process of giving the reply and consideration of the reply must be completed within thirty days. Till the consideration of the reply, the respondent shall not precipitate the matter.
