In view of the same, the revision case is required to be disposed of as compromised. 2. A perusal of the photocopies of the decree in F.C.O.P.No.2155 of 2018 filed by the petitioner and the 1st respondent divorce was granted dissolving 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.2197 of 2011 Dated 26.03.2025 the marriage between the petitioner and the 1st respondent on the ground of mutual consent. Terms and conditions arrived at F.C.O.P.No.2155 of 2018 that Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) permanent alimony was granted to the 1st respondent. 3. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. There shall be no order as to costs.
