This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to take final decision in the application dated 22.10.2024, filed by the petitioner, before him, for re-fixed the stone on the boundaries of Gata no. 40 area 0.0710 hectare, Gata no. 41 area 0.0590 hectare, Gata no. 42 min. area 0.3400 hectare, Gata no. 43 area 1.0490 hectare, as demarcated by him, which is situated at village Lakhani Mubarakpur, Pargana & Tehsil-Ghosi, District-Mau. II. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to provide the possession to the petitioner upon the aforesaid land as demarcated by respondent no. 2 and to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 4 to 8 for not interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner." 3. Instructions submitted by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that boundary marks have been re-installed in presence of the petitioner. 5. Since the grievance of petitioner has been addressed, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The writ petition is consigned to record.
