This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to ensure reservation in the matter of 20 posts of Urdu Teacher in question as per the Reservation Roster dated 29.3.1994. 3. No interim order was passed in the present case. 4. Learned Standing Counsel refers a communication dated 25.5.2008 which is not under challenge that since the petitioner got 169.85 quality point marks which was lower than the quality point cut off marks i.e. 178.89. 5. Aforesaid fact has not been disputed in the writ petition that on the basis of appointment, concerned respondents have worked for substantial period, therefore, at this stage to disturb their appointment would be contrary to the interest of justice, therefore, reliefs sought cannot be granted. 6.
