The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 12.06.2019 including entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case No.09 of 2019 (Kamita Singh v. Praveen Sahani and others), under Sections 498A and 323 I.P.C., Police Station- Kaptanganj, District-Kushinagar pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kushi Nagar at Padrauna. 4. This court vide order dated 05.06.2024 had referred the matter for mediation, however, the report submitted by the Mediation Center reflects that the applicants have not deposited the mediation amount as fixed by the Court, hence, the notice could not be issued to opposite party no.2. 5. The applicant has shown no sincerity for Mediation, but has purely abused the interim order of this Court, which he got, giving an impression to the Court that he sincerely wanted Mediation. 6. Apart from it, I have gone into the merits of the instant application, and find that the instant application is devoid of any merit. 7. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed. 8.
