1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 24.01.2025, passed in MCRC No. 689 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Vishnu Prasad @ Bablu Chandra, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.

2 (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 18.07.2025, has requested an extension of more time that from the order dated 24/01/2025 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, in MCRC case number 689/2025 (Vishnu Prasad alias Bablu Chandra and others), till date, the evidence of all the remaining important witnesses in the case, except the Investigating Officer, has been taken and the Investigating Officer informed that he will be on law and order duty on the date fixed for his evidence i.e. 11/07/2025 and after that he will go to Bhopal for training from 14/07/2025 to 16/07/2025 and will be able to appear only after returning from there, due to which the case was fixed on 18/07/2025 for the evidence of the Investigating Officer and he appeared for evidence today, but due to his cross-examination not being completed, the case has been fixed on 22/07/2025 for his remaining cross- examination, therefore, he prays for more time to conclude the trial.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- Sd/-
