JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 25/07/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners and the complainant are neighbors. It is further submitted that on account of drainage line dispute has occurred inter-se them in fit of rage qua the said incident both the parties have lodged cross FIRs. In the facts and circumstances and taking note of the fact that cross FIRs are lodged in the instant matter, this Court directs the concerned authorities to carry out the investigation in a fair, impartial and expeditious manner under the supervision of Deputy Superintendent of Police. Howsoever, it is made clear that the said interim protection is operational till the filing of outcome of the investigation. In light of above terms, the present petition is disposed of.
