This Court, vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in MCRC No. 5981 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Sachin Dahake, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, District- Korba (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 22.07.2025 has requested for grant of one year and six months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that after the prosecution evidence has been completed, time will be required in the case for recording of the accused’s statement, defence evidence, final arguments and judgment. Therefore, it does not appear possible to conclude the trial within six month. Hence, he prays for grant of further time for concluding the trial. 5. The request made by the learned trial Court, is allowed, however, instead of granting one year and six months, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further 06 months time for concluding the trial from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
