That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a appropriate writ of call for the entire record of the aforesaid examination. 2. That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a appropriate writ giving directions to the Respondent to quash/set aside the impugned order dated 24/06/2024 and to restore the Gun Licence in favour of the petitioner. 3. That, this court may issue any other order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice be awarded to the applicant.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that the petition would have been under the nomenclature of WPC whereas, it is mentioned as WPCR. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
