It is contended by learned counsels for the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case wherein, till, none
[2025:RJ-JP:41533] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-12013/2025] has alleged to cheating him or her against them. They submitted that they are in custody since 18.09.2025, investigation as against them is complete, they have no criminal antecedents and the offences are triable by Magistrate They, therefore, prayed for release of the petitioners on bail. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer. Heard. Considered. Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by learned counsels for the petitioners, the nature of accusation against them, the material available in the case diary, their length of custody, absence of criminal antecedents and the offences being triable by Magistrate; but, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and it is
directed that accused-petitioners 1. Dilraj S/o Boltaram & 2. Vikas S/o Kmalesh shall be released on bail under Section 483 BNSS in connection with afore-mentioned FIR registered at concerned Police Station, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation that they shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 480(3) BNSS.
