Case No. 15 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 40 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376(AB) of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10779 of 2024 by order dated 19.12.2024. 4. Petitioner is alleged to have raped 12 years old daughter of the informant. Statement of the victim has been recorded during the trial in which her age has been assessed to be about 16 years. She has stated that she has established consensual physical relationship with the petitioner and she is presently residing in his house. She has also stated that both want to marry each other. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Mahila P.S.
