P V A PADMANABHAM The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The present Civil Revision Petition is filed for the following grounds: "a) Though the Presiding Officer was promoted from Junior Civil Judge (Junior Division) to Civil Judge (Senior Division) vide orders dated 08.01.2025, no transfer order was issued by the Hon’ble High Court duly implementing the promotion orders issued in the proceedings dt.08.01.2025 and hence it is just and necessary for the presiding officer to conduct proceedings in EOP No.1/2021 till such transfer order was issued by the Hon’ble High Court. b) That there is an order passed by this Hon’ble Court vide C.R.P.No.1555/2022 dt.11.08.2022 where under this Hon’ble Court directed the Trial Court to dispose the above E.O.P. within two months. c) That the 1st respondent herein filed W.A.No.601/2024 against the orders passed by the learned single Judge dt.02.07.2024 in W.P.No.4103/2024 and the said W.A. was disposed on 05.12.2024. d) That the lies in the above case pertaining to Election Dispute and it is a tenure post and already 4 years has been passed from the date of election and any further delay in the above case makes the entire proceedings become infructuous and hence it is just and necessary to direct the Election Tribunal to proceed with the case and dispose the same in 3 terms of the orders passed by this Hon’ble Court dt.11.08.2022 in C.R.P.No.1555/2022." 2. Learned designated Senior Counsel Sri N.Subba Rao would urge this Court that it would suffice to direct the learned trial Court Judge, i.e., Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, to dispose of the Election O.P.No.1 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent Sri P.V.A. Padmanabham has agreed for the request made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and however, he requested this Court to give reasonable time for disposal of the Election O.P. 4. Therefore, without delving into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present Civil Revision Petition, directing the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole, to dispose of the Election O.P.No.1 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from today. 5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
