Narsi Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri T. Raghu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture and Sri Manikanteswara Rao Kotha, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3. 2. Vide Impugned Order dated 24.01.2013 (Ex.P.1), the entrepreneurships of the ARSK, Penukonda and Yellanur were cancelled. The Writ Petitioners 3 herein are the licensees of ARSK (Agro Rythu Seva Kendram) and are challenging the said Impugned Order dated 24.01.2013 (Ex.P.1) (in both the Writ Petitions) 3. Vide Interim Orders dated 13.02.2013 in W.P.No.4260 of 2013 and 27.02.2013 in W.P.No.5773 of 2013, this Court ordered Interim Suspension of the Impugned Order dated 24.01.2013 (Ex.P.1), and since then, the said Order has remained suspended. 4. Sri Manikanteswara Rao Kotha, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3, has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Regional Manager, Agro Industries Development Corporation Limited, dated 28.08.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same is taken on record. 5. He would submit that the Government of Andhra Pradesh, in the year 2019, initiated and established the system of Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs) to cater to the needs of the farming community at the village level. Accordingly, all seasonal agricultural inputs required during the crop seasons have been supplied through the Rythu Bharosa Kendras and no activities or schemes are being implemented through Agro Rythu Seva Kendram (ARSK). 6. Sri Manikanteswara Rao Kotha, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.3, therefore submits that the ARSK is no longer in existence, and as such, the Writ Petitioners are not entitled to any relief. 7. In view of the closure of the Agro Rythu Seva Kendram (ARSK) in the year 2019 and the fact that the Government has since been discharging agricultural functions through Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs), this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this Writ Petitions. 8. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 4 9.
