The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baijnathpur P.S. Case No. 142/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/118(1)/109/352/351(2) (3) & 3(5) of the BNS. 3. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and two others. Doctor has found the injury of the injured simple in nature. There is case and counter case. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29433 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Baijnathpur P.S.
