directed by this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue any writ or direction or order as deem fit in the interest of justice. 2) By way of this petition, petitioners are only seeking a direction to the learned Ninth District Judge, Bilaspur, District–Bilaspur (C.G.) to expedite the proceeding of Execution Case No. 02/2024 which remains pending since year 2024 in light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Rahul S. Shah vs. Jitendra Kumar Gandhi, 2021 (6) SCC 418. 3) No objection from other side. 4) Heard. 5) Having considered the limited prayer made by Mr. Sharma, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Executing Court to make all endeavors to conclude the execution proceedings keeping in mind the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Rahul S.
