GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES (AP) The Court made the following ORDER: The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 21.02.2012 in W.P.No.4209 of 2012. 2. The petitioner filed the above writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 08.12.2011 issued by the Joint Collector, remanding the case of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool for fresh consideration. The said writ petition was disposed of on 21.02.2012 directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool to conduct an inquiry in the presence of petitioner, duly examining the Sale Register and Ration Card where entries would be made with regard to the sale that have been carried out, etc., and provide due 2 opportunity to the petitioner. Thereafter, the above contempt case is filed for non-implementation of the said order. 3. The petitioner filed W.P.No.2138 of 2016 challenging the proceedings vide Proceedings Rc.B.3321/2010 dated 28.10.2015 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool. 4. A perusal of the proceedings dated 28.10.2015 would indicate that in pursuance of the order passed in W.P.No.4209, the Revenue Divisional Officer passed the order afresh. Thus, the complaint of the petitioner that the respondents violated the order dated 21.02.2012 does not arise. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
