GP FOR WOMEN DEV CHILD WELFARE(AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the proceedings vide Progs.No.WP-23035/2018, Dt.03.08.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent in rejecting the petitioner’s request for appointment of Anganwadi Worker of Thodendlapalli Village, ICDS Project, Allagadda, Kurnool District without assigning any valid reasons is illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker of Thodendlapalli Village, ICDS Project, Allagadda, Kurnool District, forthwith and to pass such other order or orders……” 2 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that the petitioner is continuing as Anganwadi worker. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
