GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ & RURAL DEV The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “….to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the impugned orders terminating the services of the petitioner from the post of Field Assistant Thettu Village Kurabalakota Mandal Chittoor District is illegal, improper, unjust and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to continue the services of petitioner as Field Assistant and pass such.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr M.S.R Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents are present. 3. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in touch with him and despite his best efforts, he is not in a position to get present status of the case. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
