ARAVALA RAMA RAO(SC FOR APSRTC KKAC) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Certiorari - i) calling for the records of the rejection order of the 3rd respondent passed in review petition vide his proceedings in No.PA/19(42)/2015- RMM, dt.31-08-2015 and also quash the same duly declaring it as perverse, illegal, arbitrary, unjust, discriminatory besides violative of the Arts.14 and 16 of the Constitution of India, ii) consequently direct the respondents to 2 reinstate the petitioner into service by according all incidental and consequential monitory and service benefits attached to the post.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Peeta Raman, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they intend to withdraw the petition and hence the same may be disposed of. 3.
