GP FOR COOPERATION (AP) 2 The Court made the following order:- The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not taking steps to appoint Official Person In- charge/Non Official Person In-charge Committee, to manage the affairs of the 5th respondent by the 3rd respondent and not taking steps to conduct election to the managing committee of the 5th respondent as recommended by the 4th respondent in Rc.No.174/2018-NC1 dated 22.01.2018. 2. On the earlier occasion, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsel for the petitioners is no more and this Court directed the Office to issue notice to petitioners, notice was served on petitioner Nos.1 and 3 and for petitioner Nos.2, 4 and 5 notice was returned as un-served. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 filed counter asserting that the 3rd respondent by virtue of the powers conferred under Section 32(7) (a) of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 appointed Non Official Person In-charge Committee to the society and also initiated action to conduct elections to the managing committee. 4. On perusal of the counter, it appears that the grievance of the petitioners was accomplished by the respondents. Therefore, nothing remains in the writ petition for further adjudication. 3 5. Hence, the present Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
