Jai Karan Kumar Vs. UCO Bank Cr. Revision No. 447 of 2024 19.12.2025 Present: Mr. Ankit Dhiman, Advocate, Legal Aid Counsel, for the petitioner. Mr. Vijay Kumar Arora, Senior Advocate, with M/s. Gaurav Kumar, Hitansh Raj & Aashna Gupta, Advocate, for the respondent. Cr. MP No. 5635 of 2025 The present application has been filed for recalling the order dated 12.11.2025 on the ground that a leave note of the counsel for the petitioner was circulated in the supplementary list of that day but this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court. A copy of the supplementary cause list, wherein the leave note of the learned counsel has been mentioned, has also been appended along with the application. Since the learned counsel had submitted a leave note, hence, the order dated 12.11.2025 is recalled. The present application stands disposed of. Cr. Revision No. 447 of 2024 It has been submitted that on the last date of hearing, inadvertently, the attendance of the learned counsel for the petitioner instead of the learned counsel for the respondent was mentioned which is evident from the fact that the Court had ordered the appointment of
another Legal Aid Counsel which could not have been ordered had the petitioner’s counsel been present before the Court. It appears that this was a clerical error. Hence, the attendance marked in the order dated 12.11.2025 is ordered to be modified to the extent that “Mr. Vijay Kumar Arora, Senior Advocate, with Mr. Gaurav Kumar, Advocate, appeared for the respondent” be read in place of “none appeared for the respondent” and non appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The name of Mr. Ankit Dhiman, Advocate, Legal Aid Counsel for the petitioner, be reflected in the cause list henceforth. At the request of learned counsel for the parties, list this matter along with Cr. Revision No. 381 of 2025 in the first week of January 2026.
